Teacher – Scale A plus Special Duties Allowance

Are you passionate about teaching and learning in the field of special education?  Are you a team player with excellent communication skills, and proven ability in working collaboratively with families, specialists, teachers, and support staff?  Do you believe in developing and enhancing quality relationships with learners, colleagues and the community?

If so and you hold NZ registration, we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must have the experience, knowledge, and skill to design and deliver rich individual and classroom programmes for students who have very high special educational needs.  This position commences Term 1, 2012 at our base school; however, the school has opportunities for teaching across a range of age groups and settings, inclusive of satellite units and itinerant teaching.
