OUTREACH

Specialist Teacher Outreach Service

We provide specialist teaching to schools for students with high and very high needs (ORS) in their own school setting.   

The teachers have undergone effective and sustained professional development which allows them to effectively support the school with inclusion for the student, alongside curriculum adaptation and bespoke programmes to meet the individual needs of the students. This could include community visits, social skills programmes, adapted curriculum work and friendship support. We work collaboratively with the teachers, SENCO’s/LSC’s and Learning Support Assistants to achieve the best outcome for the students.  

We liaise with specialists and the Ministry of Education such as Physiotherapists, Speech Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Educational Psychologists and attend IEP’s.
